The husband, the wife and the lover.

The Garrick's head hotel, Bath has two ghosts that came from the same incident.

200 years ago the hotel used to be a gambling establishment run by Beau Nash.

While playing cards one evening, a gambler learnt his wife was having an affair with one of the gentleman across the table. In rage, he stabbed the man and killed him. Learning this, his wife, ran from her room to top of the building and threw herself from a window.

Both their ghosts are sensed within the establishment. Occasionally you will hear a knock at the door and no-one will be there when you answer. Also poltergeist activity is witnessed there as well.
